74 year old twins complete 200 km charity bike ride

Again this year, my twin brother and I completed the 200 km Ride to Conquer Cancer in support of research at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto, Canada.  (I am wearing the yellow jacket at the finisth line). A shout out to my many loyal supporters, my riding team Ambys, and the wonderful organizers and volunteers that make the ride an annual highlight.  4500 riders raised $21 million.  Our team of 10 raised $40,000.

Last year I tried to describe the ordeal of wind, rain, sleet and hail on our final leg.  This year we had perfect riding conditions and the fun of a new route from west Toronto through Hamilton and the Niagara Escarpment, and ending at the Peller Estates Winery in Niagara on the Lake.  Here are some pictures.
