Cathy and I enjoy a night at the Sydney Opera. The opera house is iconic and recently celebrated a 50th anniversary. After an indigenous grazing platter and some excellent wine at the opera house bar area, we take in the operetta Candide and a short walk back to the hotel. A very nice date night. If you have the time, we recommend taking in a show at the opera house. They have spent a lot of money recently on acoustics in the various venues with awesome results.
